Found the issue. Apparently the Firewall was not turned completely off. Now the big task is what setting to use so I don't have to disable the firewall to use UMS.
Any suggestions?

Newbie question
Hi all, Been using DLNA servers for years now. I currently use ReadyNAS DLNA and want to setup a dedicated PC for my video media server. I have a Samsung Smart TV and I cannot get it to recognize UMS. When I select source, I see the ReadyNAS, but do not see UMS. Here is the question. What needs to b...
