I hate to spoil the party, but after using version 7.3.1 for several day’s I must conclude, unfortunately, that for me this is not the stable version I hoped it would be. Installed 7.3.1 and all seems to work perfectly.
The database update error in de log that I noticed in the previous version is solved.
Played a lot of FLAC files, until now no problems.

To create a log I must (according to the link): Start UMS Go to the Logs tab Press the "Create TRACE logs" button which restarts UMS in the TRACE mode. After an unsuccessful evaluation of version 7.0.0, where after several days UMS wouldn't start anymore (kept hanging in the splash screen), I reinstalled 6.8.0. I experienced the same issue as pipin (above): UMS 7.0.0 suddenly won't start anymore, it keeps hanging in the splash screen. Ths problem can only be solved by uninstalling the software, remove all folders and reinstall again (just a reinstall won't solve it). I've had this problem twice. For now I ...
