UMS forces transcode on compatible files w/ Xbox 360
I have a perfectly standard AVC/2ch LC-AAC in .mp4 that I know my 360 can play (moving it to a USB stick and playing from there worked flawlessly). However, UMS starts transcoding it when I attempt to play it, and if I add mp4 to the list of file extensions to force direct playback on, it just won't...
