hi, i noticed recently that UMS was using almost all of my windows install hard drive space (200gb) i have cleared resume play folder but noticed a file called medias.trace.db that uses 100gb, can this be cleared or deleted please?

hi, been using ums for a while now and never had a problem until latest update but now just get stuck on spinning dots whilst trying to play files.
i have gone back to previous version and thats now the same i have also updated java but still no joy.
i have included log file
please help
