Yes I agree, I think it is unfair that they display it like that. It would be more fair for them to be transparent and clear like "we do not recognize this installer, it might be safe or not, are you sure you want to run it?" instead of hiding the option to run behind an extra click. That's a fair question Rhialto, but we don't actually test on those systems, we just try not to break them. That's why it says "limited support" :) It is definitely best to use Windows 10.

Thanks for letting us know. The only thing we could do about it is sign our executables in the way Microsoft wants but that costs hundreds of dollars per year
