It worked!
madmagix, here's what I did:
1. Go to the General Config Tab
2. Select Xbox One under Default renderer when automatic detection fails and check off Force Default Renderer.

I'm having the same exact issue as madmagix. The only difference is that I am running Mavericks OSX 10.9.5 instead of Yosemite. I'll post a log when I get a chance.

My Xbox One still won't detect it, i'm using Mac and using the new 4.2.2 release. Anyone else having the same problem?
