Hello! it seems that there are a lot of users that can stream to the pS4 with no problems. In my case, every 20 minutes or so, the server gets disconnected and I have to restart the media player app on PS4. Everything works perfect, I can load subtitles, almost any kind of format go well, etc. but ...

quick question, how do I get subfiles to work with my mkv´s? never figuered it out Make sure that subtitles are enabled in the options of UMS ...I think they are by default. then make sure the .srt file (sub file) is in the same folder as the MKV and that it also has the exact name as the MKV file ...

sry i forgot...for sure nothing changed DTS sound cant be played with "no transcoding" and still no fast forward with transcoding but with sound doesnt seem to have been any posts in here for awhile from the devs and updating UMS for PS4 ... maybe they are busy with other parts of the pro...

if it worked on previous versions then go back to the one that worked for now ... hopefully it might work still...I think sony may have altered their media player which may have caused issues with UMS.
we can only see if the devs come back and alter the coding so it will work again.

Is seeking broken for PS4 still? Is there a workaround? Not only seeking but there's also a big sound/video shift... we'd really a ps4 working version I agree.
