That most likely is UMS transcoding the video you are watching. Sometimes it might keep transcoding for a bit even if you stopped the video. Not 100% sure, but my UMS has only get to those numbers on this situation. Check resources usage when when you start UMS and when you start watching a video. ...

I recommend to use as a basic the LG-LS5700.conf and change the UserAgentSearch to match your TV.
