It is impossible to transcode on-the-fly 4K videos unless you have the most powerfull PC. From the log I see that you only set for your TV support for mkv videos but you don't set it for mp4 videos. Then mp4 videos are transcoded not streamed. If your TV supports the mp4 video try to add the "...
