Re: Mac OS X El Capitan 10.11.1 + Java 8 Can't run UMS over 5.2.3

Morning, I'm using the same set up being El Capitan 10.11.1 with Java 8. I've got no problems whatsoever ,so I hate to say it , but ir seems to be something on your system. Maybe you can check in system settings on Security and privacy check the general tab and the check if your Mac allows apps only...

Re: UMS has started stuttering and being unable to play files with subtitles.

Hey there, First thing to do whenever stuttering appears when UMS is'nt updated in the mean time is to take routers and eventually switches in your network off current for a minute or two. It can be happening that you get some network congestions and with a simple power off , the network connections...

Re: How to install on Max OSX Yosemite

Re: Directories

Yes this happens to me as well.

For your info , I'm on a mac running OSX Yosemite and indeed using a PS3.

The only way to solve this seems to be restarting UMS completely.

Re: Setting-up UMS for iTunes

To : Snakebyte I have had a look at the Sony-BraviaW renderer file used by UMS for my Bravia-KDL TV set. Here is what I can read in the Audio section of this .conf file: # Supported audio formats: Supported = f:aac n:2 a:(?!alac).+ m:audio/x-m4a Supported = f:atrac n:2 m:audio/x-oma Supported = f:m...
