Re: Autoupdate feature a bit intrusive (Windows)

I was running v1.01 and had autoupdate toggled. UMS saw the update and prompted if I wanted to download it. When I agreed, I could not type ANY information into any other running application until after the download completed. I couldn't even toggle to other applications without completely minimizi...

Re: Subtittles cut off even with over scanning compensation

I may be wrong here, but I was under the impression that the over scanning compensation feature would also make the subs stay with in the video. I know i can play with the sub margin, and bring up the subs, but that will not keep them from getting cutoff length wise. We used to have that feature bu...

Re: MKV Videos audio out of sync ONLY WHEN using Avisynth/Me

First, I've seen it really helps if one attaches one's debug.log first and foremost. So I have done that. BUT it seems that it has been neglected to allow anything outside of picture files and .zip files. So, I inputted 2 files. The "debug (rename extension to .log).zip" is actually the debug.log f...

Re: Installation, Avisynth 2.6 MT question

Hi SuperDre, thanks for the suggestion :) It's a bit hard to check if it's already installed because it is a custom version of AviSynth; we want this specific version of AviSynth to be installed and not any others that would be recognised as identical by the installer. Anyway I don't think it's too ...

UMS on MajorGeeks

http://i.imgur.com/RCNQC.gif UMS has been tested and added to both MajorGeeks and Mac.MajorGeeks . For those who don't know, MajorGeeks is a website that provides mirrors for manually-selected programs and they are a great resource for anyone looking for new software, keeping track of updates or ev...

Re: Can't Download UMS - NIS2012 problem

Hi MCalbert, welcome to the forum, yep we've been hiding out here hehe :) I'm not sure about that since I don't use Norton, but it's pretty shocking that they would implement a feature like that in their program. I can understand making it so users can mark a program as dangerous, but having every n...
