Lately I noticed that UMS detects several clients as having low speed (ie 6MB/s) and then when browsing the media library all files (avi, mp4, mkv) are offered as Transcoded by default instead of serving them untouched as before. Is that intended? If yes, any way to disable this behavior and avoid ...

Are you refering to the java core file, which should have following naming convention on Windows and Linux (javacore.YYYYMMDD.HHMMSS.PID.txt)? For now i use the "ums-3.0.0-a2-jar-with-dependencies.jar" downloaded from the Jenkins Snapshot Build Server that works fine. Just rename "ums-3.0.0-a2-jar-with-dependencies.jar" to "UMS.jar" and overwrite the origional "UMS.jar" in the "Universal Media ...
