I don't know then. I ran UMS, set it to trace, ran a second instance of UMS, and sent you the log. I don't know how to have UMS start in trace. Tell me what I need to do (I'm an idiot so be detailed) and I'll give it a go.

After I get 2 instances of UMS, typing that line in a command prompt gives me a syntax error for /FI and no output.

I don't see where I can attach my debug logs in this thread...maybe I need to be out of this forum?
