Hi sebos, thanks a lot for this! Unfortunately it seems that the user-agent is too generic, meaning that other renderers use it too. Is there any other identifying info given?

It's on our to-do list for sure But it is in UMS.conf, you must have an older version of it

Why not just uninstall the service and have it run normally? You can make it startup with Windows and start minimized (both options are in the GUI) so what reason is there to use the service?

You can build it yourself (and you're free to upload and release that version yourself too, you could make a thread for it here for the fame and glory

I think in order to make OS X builds from now on we will have to patch the code (which is easy to add to a build script) to allow it to work with Java 6, since most macs still use Java 6

Yeah bandwidth would be my guess, you measured it at 90mbps and by default UMS limits videos to 110mbps so try changing that limit
