Re: 2.1.0 Won't start up.

I am already running latest version of java. I run the 64bit version of it, but after having the startup issue insalled the x86 version. No difference. On a positive note, replacing the jar with the one you linked and so far all seems good. It actually launches! Yay. Just to be 100% sure. It starts...

Re: 2.1.0 Won't start up.

Just in case you end up needing more testers after you get back from your trip, I just wanted to say that I'm having the same issue with 2.1.0 not starting but 2.0.0 running just fine. When I watch the process in Process Explorer, I see javaw.exe run for 5-10 seconds then suddenly close all of it's ...

Re: Channels Plugin

Before I bang my head into the wall any harder trying to set this plugin up I have a question. Does this even work on the Xbox360? On both of the channels I'm trying to use (A playlist in Navix that I created with a few YouTube videos in it to test and the default included YouTube sample setup), I g...

Making Subtitles Work with LAV Filters

Since I see better video performance on my desktop PC using MPC-HC + ffdshow + LAV Filters than I did using CCCP, I'm trying to switch to that method of video decoding. The problem is that I seem to have missed something concerning making subtitles work in videos using UMS with this method. I know t...

Re: Some confusion concerning renderer configuration files.

Thesewordsareseperateentities. Hope that helps you understand. :D Thanks, I've discovered why my videos don't play well on my original Xbox though. Since XBMC supports so many formats out of the box, UMS just streams most videos to it. This is fine for a PC with XBMC installed but not so much for a...

Some confusion concerning renderer configuration files.

So, I've dug my old dusty Xbox out of storage to use as a stream receiver in a bedroom and I've upgraded its ancient final official build of XBMC for Xbox to the latest (3.1) stable build of XBMC4Xbox. I'm trying to learn how the renderer configuration files work because the default XBMC renderer fi...

Re: Version 1.0.1 is released

The only issue I see with the 1.0.1 release is, much like Madoka's issue, a cosmetic one. On my Xbox360 this program still shows up as "PS3 Media Server [<Computer-Name>]". The program still streams just fine, once I finished changing the settings to match my old PMS ones, but that was to...
