Unfortuately it is not fixed in 6.3.1.1

I find it's better just to manually update. I've never used the auto update in UMS just too much hassle.

6.3.1.1 also does not see my PS3 if it was turned on before starting UMS. A manual search for servers on the PS3 does find UMS though.

I feel your pain. I'm not having the exact issues you are, but I'm somewhat relieved that Windows 10 isn't the culprit. My issue right now is that I can't watch a full 2 hour movie without having to restart the movie somewhere in the middle, UMS just disappears for no reason.
