I am running LG WebOS TV's
I just renamed a video to "Extremely.Wicked.Shockingly.Evil.and.Vile.2019.1080p.NF.WEB-DL.DD5.1.H264-CMRG" and I can see and play that video.

Maybe post the full path including that video name.

I'm thinking you have violated the windows file name limitation. This limitation includes the complete path and file name. Also my preferred method. I don't use prettify but I manually change all my titles to this format if they are not already like so.

V6.8 was working quite well for me.
Unfortunately it did not support newer versions of Mediainfo.

I then used V7.4 which supports newer versions of Mediainfo and worked quite well as well.

All versions after that have given me one problem or another.
