Great, you might also want to check out our latest code (which we will be releasing soon, maybe later today as 3.0a1) because we added much better iTunes integration. I doubt it will fix any playback issues but it allows you to browse your iTunes library by artist, album and genre folders.

I just got lucky, some bugs take me months to diagnose/fix. Thanks though!

Java update causing problems
Some users have reported that they have recently started getting errors/crashes while browsing or caching folders with many images. This bug has been caused by the latest update to the Java Runtime Environment (7u21). At the moment it seems like that Java release created a bug with the way Java mana...

Re: Multiple issues with UMS 2.6.2 (and 2.6.1)
Hi Sergio
First issue is related to the latest Java update. Rollback to 7u17 to fix it.
Second issue sounds like it's being caused by UMS incorrectly detecting that the file is compatible with the PS3.
Third and fourth issues I'll look into the logs before addressing.

Re: GC issues with Java 1.7.0 u 21 (32 bit; Linux)
Yeah I have confirmed that it is caused by JRE 7u21, I was able to reproduce the bug with u21 but installing u17 fixed it. So I guess all we can do is recommend that users rollback to u17 since I can't see anything in our code that would cause that

Re: Sluggish as hell using InterFrame...
I use it on 1080p in realtime but yes it is very CPU-intensive. Your CPU probably just isn't fast enough, I see it gets an average score of 5,700 on PassMark which is pretty slow. Mine barely handles realtime 1080p with a score of 8,500.

Re: 2.62 dropping from ps3
Yeah that has been a bug on the PS3 for a while now, maybe you recently updated the PS3 firmware? I forgot which version started it
