No problem about the slow responses If I made some new builds of mencoder to test, would you test them for me? Hopefully that way I can include the fix in the next version of mencoder instead of having to rollback to that old version, since there have been some good improvements since that one

As for the Naruto file, that's weird since it works for me... Our code is being mysterious. Can you try it again?

I just tested it and the file works fine for me when I have unticked "remux with tsmuxer". Make sure you click save after you untick it too or it won't work
As for the other thing, that sometimes happens if the PS3 has been on for a while, just restart it

Make sure the program is running as administrator before running the updater
