if you ever have to transcode anything.. thats where Cheap fails at being a UMS Server.

I am on a 2 month trial at the moment, fixed wireless (about 10K from the tower) 12 Mps. It finishes in a few days time and I intend to go down to 5Mps. your 2 month trial should have no affect to your internal lan speed... thats only a provisioned speed from the ISP (router to internet) Everythign...

you would have to setup a VPN tunnel from house to house for that to be possible... and even then.. you would still run each others UMS, and just select the one you want form... the CLEAN AND OBVIOUS downfall is...
