Re: Nexus 7 (flo)/BubbleUPnP/MX Player Config Updates.

Okay, UMS appears to be detecting the new config now after the clean install. I went ahead and updated my Java version too (I'll add it to the OP). And yeah, the transcode is still stopping. That is the biggest hurdle that needs to be solved. Could it be an MX Player issue? I'll add some logs anyway...

Re: Nexus 7 (flo)/BubbleUPnP/MX Player Config Updates.

Yeah, I had a feeling that the config wasn't enabled due to the fact that changes I made weren't applying. I don't know why its not enabled though, the only two configs I have in the renderers folder is the PS3 config and the BubbleUPnP config. Also, the select renderers dialogue is broken: http://i...

Re: Nexus 7 (flo)/BubbleUPnP/MX Player Config Updates.

Update: New problem, after getting sound working, playback stops at around the 1:20 mark. I cannot test if subtitles are being displayed or will be turned off after checking "disable subtitles" as there is no dialogue yet. I will attach a new debug log.

Re: Nexus 7 (flo)/BubbleUPnP/MX Player Config Updates.

Update: I got sound working, I had to turn off "Use LPCM for Audio" in UMS > Transcoding Settings > Common Transcode Settings > Audio Settings. I would prefer to have this setting on, though. Any ideas?

Nexus 7 (flo)/BubbleUPnP/MX Player Config Updates.

Now that Universal Media Server 5.0.1 and Android 5.0.2 is out along with multiple new updates to BubbleUPnP and MX Player, I was wondering if leroy and/or any of the devs (or anyone else) would be willing to help me update the config. It still needs work. This is the latest version of the config: h...

Re: Android config files for the BubbleUPnP Media Renderer

Give me a minute and I'll test it and let you know! EDIT: IT WOOOOOOOORKS! YESSSSSSSS! I should mention now that during testing with the new config that enabling "Encoded Audio passthrough for AC-3 and DTS" will give the same error as before (this isn't what was giving the error last time,...

Re: Android support is lackluster?

The Madoka episodes I'm using are around 2.1gb each, 11-12Mbps bitrate per episode, so they're pretty heavy too. The Steins;Gate ones are pretty good too but IIRC the BD source is upscaled so I think it's pointless getting anything higher than the 720p version (at least according to "WhyNot?&qu...

Re: Android support is lackluster?

Yea, the bitrate you've defined as the maximum is very high (100Mbps), if you're using 2.4GHz N, you'll find that you won't always achieve those speeds, that's why I opt for 30Mbps and not get buffer issues. Yeah, 5ghz N is what I'm using. I'll scale it down to 40-50 and try it again. I'm unsure wh...

Re: Android config files for the BubbleUPnP Media Renderer

I added the ChunkedTransfer parameter and disabled the other android renderers and it's still not playing. I'm getting the same errors that I described in my other thread, specifically here: viewtopic.php?p=13409#p13409
