I have the same BD player and tried transcoding a few MKV's with both UMS 4 and UMS 5 beta, it shows the files correctly. If you can provide the file I can test it on my setup. Since I haven't made any magic with configurations the first thing thats pops out as a difference could be firmware version...

Hi Just bought the telly mentioned in topic. When I try watch any movie with subtitles all I get is very garbled picture. With tv doing the encoding for file+subs I could understand it as DLNA doesn't support subtitles, but why it happens when transcoding also.. have I missed some setting that needs...
