I've come across one file that has external subtitles that 3.3.0 will mux over with no subs. If I manually select Mencoder, subs work fine.

Here you go. The file is called aac-he.mp4. It's muxed over now that SJ fixed that, but streamed ok with 3.1.2.1.

Thanks for looking into this. Here you go. I played the Saitama Mandarins.mkv file normally first, then manually selected tsmuxer to make sure it would play correctly with tsmuxer.
