Maybe you could post the log file again (same as you did last time) so it can be seen which conf file is being used.
Restart UMS so the log file is not too big and access UMS with the Q90 TV and then post log.

Re: No content found on my Samsung TV
Hi, Don't force the default renderer. Are you sure that the TV is using the "Samsung-UHD-2019" conf file? As a test you could just add "Samsung-UHD-2019" .to the choice where it says "Enabled Renderers". If that is the only enabled renderer, the TV should use that one o...

Re: No content found on my Samsung TV
When you go into UMS on your TV (like when you want to play a video) there should be a folder named "transcode".
It that folder, you can select the video you want to play and it will give you different transcoding methods. Try each method and check if the mkv dts file plays.

Re: No content found on my Samsung TV
I see these comments at the top of the Samsung-UHD-2019.conf file. # This is based on Samsung-UHD.conf but removes dts and divx support, which # was removed from all Samsung TVs in 2019, and has more specific subtitles # support. It might be worth going into the "transcode" folder and chec...

Re: No content found on my Samsung TV
@mik_s
Could be the issue about newer TVs not supporting dts as you say.
It sounds like the series 7 TV is playing the mkv dts files ok but the series 9 TV is not.

Re: No content found on my Samsung TV
The problem will be the config of the renderer conf file. For example, the included LG-webOS.conf file included with UMS was transcoding or not playing about 30% of my media files. After modifying over some years it plays everything and most without transcoding.now. Do you know which conf file the T...

Re: No content found on my Samsung TV
I noticed this in your logs: Received a browse request from [TV] Samsung Q90 Series (65) [Unknown renderer] Empty response sent to [TV] Samsung Q90 Series (65) [Unknown renderer] It could be that the TV is not picking up a renderer configuration file. I am not sure which conf file that TV should use...
