Unfortunately I don't have a solution for you, but I do have a question. When you first noticed things, going bad as you put it, after your move, did you also update to Windows 10 in that same time frame? I have this theory that Windows 10 is the culprit so I'm running a tally.

Use the UMS Web interface with your favorite browswer on the laptop you want to watch movies on.

I posted something similar a couple months ago but never got an answer. Are you running Windows 10 by chance?

Also why can't I right click on each renderer and select something like Block? Not a bad idea, maybe you should suggest this as a new feature ? 8-) Better yet how about a feature that allows you to just select the render you need instead of blocking unwanted renderers? Oh wait, I think that already...

I understand your frustration. But without any logs there isn't anything anyone can do. Post some logs following the forum rules which are at the link at the top of this page highlighted in red.
