On Windows if you don't have Java, the UMS installer will automatically download and install it. That gives the best of both worlds.

We will be adding support as soon as players support it, but no media player that I know of supports it yet

You can go into the renderer file and change the line "TranscodeAudio" to MP3

The fix is to leave the temp folders alone

I've confirmed that the issue is with the 32-bit version of Java. So for those of you with 64-bit systems you can fix it by installing the 64-bit version of Java Runtime. I'm looking into fixes now.

Yeah that's probably it. It should have a big lot of info inside which includes the cause of the crash
