Re: Channels Plugin
That was the plan and actually it works if github and googlecode would have worked as expected, but they didn't. So now I changed so it works with github. I'll do a new "release" of this shortly...

Re: Channels Plugin

Critics corner
Wouldn't it be nice to have a critics corner topic? Where we can discuss the actual stuff that UMS is done for that is to view cool media. In the critics corner you can share your views about tvserie X that sucks or the one that is the best stuff ever?

Re: Script folder
Hi, I add what I call "stream vars to my Channels plugin. Take a look as this could (read will) be use as a base for UMS. Basically you'll add to some conf file var { disp_name=MyVar values=1,2,3 suffix=seconds action=myScript.bat } and the script myscript.bat will be called (with some paramete...

Re: how about a better way to add web content
The "easier" web content adding is probably along the lines of NaviX and Channels (at least in my opinion) since these methods allows you to have rather "advanced" scripting/scraing mechanisms to be able to get the real stream url out of there.

Seems folder limit is not there on DLNA1.5+
DLNA 1.5 will probably not help much unless Sony/MS upgrades XBOX/PS3 to support it. My Bravia tv hasn't this limit (nor my LG600ST).
