We are in the process of releasing 10.21.0 which might fix this. Please let us know if it does

Our upcoming v11 might fix this, but we will need to do renderer testing. Are you available to try it?

Yes we need more details. One thing holding us back from newer MEncoder versions is they dropped support for AAC transcoding, which would break important functionality for us. There may be another way to enable it but I need to know which problems you are meaning here, to see if it is worth migratin...

We are about to release 10.21.0 with a possible fix for this. Please let us know if it works.

Thanks for your question. That wouldn't work right now, but since we are open source, you could contribute that as a code change. However we might then need to rename to "Universal Server"
