I have 2 tv, when use sony mkv/mp4 10b is transconding and play but when use LG failed to play. How!? is possible fix it!? some tips!?

Hi!!!! I have one LG 6200 series, this new render work excelent, before this i use LG SMART TV upgraded and work well, forward dont work in this render, but the setting for subtitles work fine, all srt put with the same name work, but with the new render not!! Some tips for this!? i'm speak spanish ...
