Re: Version 2.4.0 is released

JRE6. After researching and speaking with a Java representative, I concluded that there is no advantage to be had in compiling for Java 7 since they are both as secure as eachother. It is still recommended to use JRE 7 though since that does (in theory) offer better security than JRE 6.

Re: AviSynth Audio Upscaling

Yeah a DVD, I got a few different DVD releases and picked the one with the least cropping and compression (which oddly enough was the PAL version, which are usually the worst) AviSynth supports a few different ways of writing conditions. The one I use the most is like this: Width >= 640 && H...

I did an upscale release of Vanilla Sky since it's my favourite movie and by some weird universal injustice hasn't been released on blu-ray yet. I did it with AviSynth using various filters and the end-product looks bet...

Re: [SEMIFIXED] Javaw.exe hangs after UMS quits

Ah I see, glad the mystery of the casino.com malware was solved :D
It's interesting that the new account fixed it, very weird. I don't see how it can be related to UMS though since changing accounts wouldn't cause any differences in UMS.
*shrugs* glad it's fixed for you though!

Re: AviSynth Audio Upscaling

K-Lite has an option when you're installing it to always output at a certain channel configuration or to leave it the same as input, then that setting would work when using either of the AviSynth engines.

Re: Russian language translation

As long as people use it I will develop it :D And maybe even if they don't, because I do use it haha ;) 1) Optimus gave some. I would say "skipping" or maybe "unstable". 2) It means allow connections to other networks (like the internet, for example) 3) This is a bug that I've ju...
