Okay, it looks like 3.4.2 is definitely working fine and the actual cause of this seems to stem from a missing line in the renderrer's .conf file. Actually that thought did cross my mind, but you're right, I don't know phpBB. This is the first I've seen this happen on every single forum I visit so I had to ask.

I sent two PMs yesterday evening but they're still in the Outbox this morning. This is the first time I've seen this as PMs normally go out right away and are moved to the Sent Items. Any ideas?

@SubJunk, I found out a bit more info on what I stated previously. It turns out the issue does appear but only when adding the files to the folders while UMS is running. So they show up with the wrong icon. Once I quit UMS and run it again, the files show up properly. Note that even though the icon ...
