1) PS3: Since the file is 96/24 (higher quality than normal, probably ripped from a record rather than CD), to play it on PS3 you need to play it via the Videos section instead of the Music one. Our 64-bit build is a hybrid of 64 and 32 so it is put in the (x86) for now. When we remove our 32-bit dependencies eventually that can change. It doesn't actually make a difference though - the 64-bit parts of the app will run in 64-bit mode no matter where they are

Please add the following line to c:/program files (x86)/universal media server/renderers/microsoft-xboxone.conf and let us know if that fixes the problem:

TranscodeAudioTo441kHz = true

It seems that it is using tsMuxeR which is disabled by default. I recommend doing a backup of your profile folder and then running a "clean install" so you get the most stable default settings. That has been a known bug with tsMuxeR for years and is the reason why we disabled it by default

I forgot whether the PS3 supports picking up where you stopped after stopping the video, but if it does, can you try stopping it and then playing it, and see if you get the same problem?
