You set wrong value for 3d_subtitles_depth to +1%. The value should be between -2 and 2 without "%". The tool tip text is misleading and wil be changed in the next release.

I had the same problem two days ago. Solution - restart WiFi router. It may help also for you. It really seems to be a network problem.
