Universal Media Server - Media Library

I am running UMS 7.0.1 on Arch Linux. I have everything set up and streaming and transcoding work great on my PC and Roku 3.
The issue I am having is how UMS sorts media in the Media Library. My movies are located at '/media/Media/Movies' with each movie in a separate folder (example folder 'The Boondock Saints (1999)' contains files 'The Boondock Saints (1999).mkv' movie file and 'The Boondock Saints (1999).jpg' cover art).
I can't figure out how to get UMS to properly sort the media. If I browse the Media Library all my movies are in the Unsorted folder instead of the Movies folder.
