PS3 throws 800288D8
"this content cannot be played. 800288D8" is the full error and it occurs for every kind of video media. (audio is fine)
I'm afraid I have no clue what I might need to change in the config.
This is on a ubuntu precise headless box.
The console output seems to indicate it is trying to transcode/remux every failed video as well.
On an android tablet however, at least some videos are not a problem and don't appear to be transcoded. A fairly high percentage are just forever loading...
Any assistance appreciated.

Please provide a copy of your debug.log from immediately following the attempt to play a file producing this issue as well as your UMS.conf.
Thanks!
Thanks!

Read here on how to get logs.

NOTE!!
Try to do some streaming BEFORE you create the dbg zip and DON'T restart UMS between your failed streaming attempt and the time you create the dbg zip since a new start wipes the logs.
