Is there a way in the UMS to skip to a time frame when watching movies. I noticed that in UMS on my Mac Sierra although I can fast forward, the fastest it goes is 4 seconds. Just curious. Thanks

This depends on if you're transcoding or not, and on the renderer. If you're transcoding, there are limitations on skip/seeking etc, but what you can and cannot do varies from renderer to renderer.
