UMS not finding my PS4

Hi there,
I'm not sure what the issue is, but sometimes my PS4 will not be found by UMS. As odd as it is, when it randomly starts working I only retain the success by not quitting UMS at all. I I happen to turn my PS4 before my computer, it will not work. My computer and presumably UMS need to run before my ps4 is on. However, once it stops working... I can't seem to get it to work without running the wizard 100 times to get it to randomly work.
