I haven't looked into this case, but that's very strange given that we have lots of users both on PS3 and PS4. If you want to take a second shot at figuring out the problem, please post debug files from the latest version of UMS.
edit: The previous log file you posted doesn't have any relevant information, you need to set the log level to "trace" and restart UMS before making the debug files.
