Does it go away if you quit UMS? If not, have you tried using ps/kill?

Hi Nadahar,

No it doesnt go away if I quit UMS.
If i quit JavaAppLauncher then it starts "not responding" & will not quit.
After a reboot it seems to be gone at first, but will return after a short while.

I dont know how to identify the process ID for this to kill it.
I tried ps aux & ps axj but nothing says JavaAppLauncher

I am uncertain now if this is related to UMS, but it did start right after i installed so its my best guess.

Ill try not launching UMS at start up & see if it goes away...

When looking at the PS output, you're probably looking for "java" or "javac" or something similar. I'm not really familiar with OS X. JavaAppLauncher can be used by any Java application, it doesn't have be related to UMS even though UMS does use it. It's just a small "wrapper" to enable a Java program to run as an "OS X application". I'd definitly try not starting UMS after a restart and see if it still appears, to know if it's related to UMS or not.

Initial tests seems it is related to UMS.
After a few reboots today without UMS, I dont have this icon appearing anymore.
