why ums is frustrating on my panny NO FMPEG

I didn't know what was going on. release after release going to ted and fmpeg trancode never work.
so i decided to try it with bubble and it work
it also work fmpeg with the sample videos
I also tried sending ffmpeg straight couldnt get that to connect either
Here the log waiting for a fix.
