Since UMS is running on a server/computer, why not let UMS enable you to control your server via your remote?
So f.ex. on windows, UMS would execute bat files.
Maybe it could be done as a plugin?

What do you guys think?

That would be nice.

My greatest wish for ums: command for sending the server pc to sleep (fomer shutdown plugin).
