Maximum audio sample frequency selected depending on the kind of connection used

Reading the issues i just discovered that some renderers can have a specific maximum audio sample frequency hardware limitation for wireless connection and a different one for wired connection, like Naim Mu-So.
Certainly depending of the Wireless chip used: b,g,n,ac...
Audio Formats

WAV, FLAC and AIFF – up to 24bit/192kHz
ALAC (Apple Lossless) – up to 24bit/96kHz
MP3 – up to 48kHz, 320kbit (16 bit)
AAC – up to 48kHz, 320kbit (16bit)
OGG and WMA – up to 48kHz (16bit)

Bluetooth - SBC, AAC and aptX

Note: All formats to 48kHz maximum over wireless network
As for now when you build your renderer configuration, it's used indistincly of the connection kind.

So the suggestion will be to add a variable in the renderer configuration that will permit to choose, for example, that when wireless connection is used the maximum audio sample frequency will be limited to a maximum of 48000 and not to the 192000 value defined for the wired connection.

Example :
Wireless --> 48khz
Wired (or by default) --> 192khz

That could be something like that :
Supported = f:wav n:2 s:192000 swired:48000 m:audio/wav

Not sure if it could be relevant though...

thanks Sami!

Does anyone know what the max can be for a wired PS3?

thanks
