MKV Ordered Chapters Support

It would be great if you could add support for this. It really seems like it would be fairly simple.

Some users already complain about their libraries scanning time been long. Some users can have until 20.000 movies, series, most in MKV format.
So when i read that from your link:
It might increase file load time slightly but unless you have 300+ MKV files in the same folder it's highly unlikely to be much of a noticeable problem.
I suspect that it could make things worst for such users; It'll better for them to don't have Dallas or Dynasty american series
