[CLOSED] Include Java with UMS

It would be nice if Java could be included with UMS so people don't have to actually install it in order for UMS to work.

That would make UMS a rather large file. So that would mean for every release it would be huge, you only have to install Java once until Oracle release updates which don't happen that often. Also some people don't have the bandwidth of others but thats my 2 cents

On Windows if you don't have Java, the UMS installer will automatically download and install it. That gives the best of both worlds.
