Help with media server client coding
Hello,
I am new to programing media servers. I have Zedboard (google for more information) and I am trying to make it work as a client to any media server. Just like a normal smart TV would. Problem is, I dont have any experience with this. In a nutshell I want to program this Zedboard to act like a TV. Its a motherboard with a lot of cool features, it supports any programming language.
Can you guys please try and give me some reference, where should I start? What should i learn?
In addition I am willing to try and program a media server in python. But I have no idea how this works. So aside from reading open source codes and figuring out the mechanics, what can i do?
