Are you eventually going to open up support for avatar adding in user control panel options?

The "Registered users" group has the permission "Can change avatar", is there another setting that is needed?

Under User Control Panel > Profile
The option for Edit Avatar is missing.
I'm not sure how you enable it as an admin, but they have that option enabled on the ps3mediaserver user forums and it looks like you're using similar forum software.

One issue though. I don't see the option under the avatar picture box that says Upload from your machine:
EDIT: Nevermind, I see it there now. It must have taken a few mins to show up after you adjusted the settings.
