Hardware transcoding using quick sync on Gemini lake

I just have got Gemini lake motherboard ASRock j4105.i can Play 4k 10 bit movies using gpu without any problems.
I tried to use Ums as media server and transcode movies to one od my tv.Sadly i noticed that's there is no chance.Full HD movies transcode with 80% on all 4 cores, 4k movies skips like hell.In both cases task manager shows no GPU usage.
Any idea how to enable hardware transcoding acceleration ,does it allow to 4k transcoding on such low spec cpu?.Maybe my cpu/motherboard is too new to expect hardware transcoding on UMS
