I usually would leave UMS running nonstop, but now with version 7.01, after 24 hours running, using it or not, memory goes up to 4 GB and CPU up to 80 / 90 % !!!

Did you build in a bitcoin miner in de latest version ???

Please fix it ASAP

cheers

N3

Yes, it is a problem in 7.01. Actually it was happening in earlier versions as well but just not as bad.
The issue is already known and the subject of a few other threads and the team is working on resolving the issue.

I run UMS 24/7 on a Gentoo Linux headless server. I found that turning off caching, whilst not stopping the issue, prolonged the time until UMS crashed.
My solution was to run a cron job every 2 days to restart UMS.

Java 9 has been discontinued and was only available for a short time so I recommend not using it anymore
