[Solved] Is there anyway to mark as "already watched"?

Post by MrH »

I'm coming from Plex and I loved how it would keep track of which TV shows in the series I had watched but I can't seem to find an option for it in UMS, is it not possible?

You can enable it on the Navigation Settings tab by checking the "Include in New Media folder" option. It could be more user-friendly but it works for now.

Thanks, I guess that's a solution but that means having to have the new media folder showing which I had hidden before. What I'd love in the future is simply to have the watched show greyed out, is something like this planned?

You could give ums-mlx a try. You could set a condition 'play count is greater than 1' on a folder to achieve this.

How does ums-mlx grey-out items via DLNA?

@Subjunk It just doesn't add them to the DLNA tree, I don't think greying out is part of DLNA

Yeah that's what I thought. It would be cool if it was possible :)
