Updated New Java
Uninstalled and Installed both
UMS PS3 no renderers but Windows Media Works?
When firewall is off it works
I need to have it work when firewall is on.

This always happens when I do an update why is that?

So you need to set firewall to allow Java to connect to internet. This happens when you updated the new version of Java and than you have to allow it in the firewall setting to connect Java to the internet.
